The Planzo field guide

Choose the workbook
for the job in front of you.

Start with the decision you need to make. A smaller tool may be enough; a connected workbook makes sense when you need both workflows.

Pricing, selling, or both?

The three core maker workbooks

Use the same product records for bothStudioPricing and market-day workflows in one workbook

Choose Studio when you need both pricing and market-day tracking. You do not need Price Lab and Market Day as separate purchases. Separate copies do not sync, and moving existing records into Studio is a manual process.

When the question is about production.

Materials Studio compares recipes and order demand with your raw materials. Capacity Studio compares work with available labor and machine hours. Materials and time are different constraints; neither workbook automatically feeds the other.

When the question is about money arriving later.

Wholesale Cash-Risk helps you review a bulk quote alongside the timing of its deposits, receipts and costs. An order can show a positive contribution and still need funding before the customer pays.

For goods placed in partner shops, Consignment Studio keeps reported sales, commissions, stock and actual payments separate. A reported sale and a received payment are different records.

When a small tool is enough.

The Mini collection focuses on individual jobs: a booth break-even plan, stock targets, an order list, expenses, a quote, packing, weekly tasks or a savings goal. Each has a defined scope and works independently. Read the product page before choosing.

A note on the numbers.

These workbooks use the inputs you enter. Contribution after selected costs is not the same as complete accounting profit, and a forecast is not a guaranteed outcome. Use the scope notes in the Etsy listing and the included guide to understand each model.
